Food and Beverage policy

Generally speaking outside food and beverage is not permitted. This primarily refers to large or shareable quantities intended to share with the general public. Most individual meals are okay. There will be multiple cash concession stands open. Concessions will be open from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM on Wednesday and 7:00 AM until 2:30 PM on Thursday.  We will also have several water stations throughout the venue.

As an Exhibitor you do have the option to order Box Lunches for your staff. This can be done during registration as well as via your Exhibitor Profile once you have registered.  Lunches are not automatically included. They are made to order (catered) as such, extras will not be available so please plan accordingly. Downtown Grand Rapids does have a great selection of local restaurants and we encourage you to take a look.

Here are some other commonly asked about items that are NOT permitted for distribution to attendees: case of water, cases of soda, ordering outside pizza, ordering delivery for more than an individual, box of doughnuts, case of muffins, and other commonly shared items or items of bulk. Alcohol of any kind, must be provided and served by the venue is permissible (no exceptions).

If you are in violation of the venue's policy you may be asked to dispose of it.  If an exhibitor is a repeat offender they may be asked to leave the show.
