AME 2025 Registration is Open!

The reservation request process will be much like it was for AME 2024. You will have the ability to request specific booths, receive email conformations as well as view your order(s) in real time. Payment is due upon at time of reservation.

All submissions will be reviewed but are automatically approved upon submission. Should you reservation request not be approved you will be notified within 5 business days of your reservation request. AME 2024 Exhibitor Registration portal.

*** REGISTERING YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT REGISTER YOUR STAFF/WORKERS ***

If you wish to register your staff as booth workers you may register them by clicking here and select the “Exhibitor / Worker / Staff” in the drop-down. ALL staff/workers must register via the link above or the button below.

** Exhibitors MUST do these next two steps to exhibit at AME 2024 **

1 - Make sure AME can communicate with you.
Exhibitors need to make sure info@advancedmanufacturingexpo.com and no-reply@map-dynamics.com are NOT blocked. If you block this email we can not communicate with you and therefor you can not exhibit.

2 - Read over the DeVos Place Exhibitor Guidelines

Included with Exhibitor Booths:

- 10'x10' booth comes with: One (1) Covered and skirted 2'x8' (30" high) table, two (2) chairs, wastebasket and FREE lead generation software.

- 10'x20' booth comes with: Two (2) Covered and skirted 2'x8' (30" high) table, four (4) chairs, wastebasket and FREE lead generation software.

- 20'x20' booth comes with: Two (2) Covered and skirted 2'x8' (30" high) table, four (4) chairs, two (2) wastebasket and FREE Lead generation software.

- 20'x30' booth comes with: Three (3) Covered and skirted 2'x8' (30" high) table, four (4) chairs, two (2) wastebasket and FREE Lead generation software.

- Demo Vehicle Booth comes with: One (1) Covered and skirted 2'x8' (30" high) table, two (2) chairs, wastebasket and FREE lead generation software.

NOT INCLUDED but can be added to your reservation at the time of placement or via your Exhibitor Profile post registration:

- Power - Carpet - Padding - Ceiling Signage - Lunches

** CANCELLATION POLICY **

- Cancel by May 24th = Full Refund (Excludes Platinum, Gold, & Silver Sponsorships)
- Cancel between May 25th - June 14th = 50% Refund
- Cancel between June 15th - July 3rd = 20% Refund
- Cancel July 4th or later = Zero Refund
- Should the show have to cancel after May 24th due to elements outside of organizers control the prorated rates will apply.
